If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that all items must be in their original condition with tags attached and unworn.

Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@kitesurfingonlineshop.com within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return.
  2. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
  4. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
  5. Drop off the package at the carrier’s nearest location.

Refund Process Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the original item and you can place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on the following items:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
